What You'll Do
- Lead all phases of construction projects from kick-off through close-out
- Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, subcontracts, and documentation
- Oversee site coordination and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trades
- Lead project teams with a clear focus on safety, schedule, and financial targets
- Problem-solve in real time, making critical decisions to keep projects moving forward
- Represent the company with professionalism, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset
- Occasionally travel to job sites when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a project role with a mid-size to large GC
- Proven experience managing full-cycle commercial/institutional projects of at least $10M+ project value
- Strong communication skills — you’re the kind of person who rallies teams and owns outcomes
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling, and cost controls
- Comfortable leading project teams, managing trades, and delivering on client expectations
- Driven, collaborative, solution-oriented, and ready to grow with a forward-thinking company
- Located in Calgary or willing to relocate (no relocation package provided)
