Our client is looking for a Re-tooling / Refurbishing Tool technician.

Direct Hire - $20-22.00/hr.

Job Summary (Overview)

Disassembly of tooling, cleaning and preparation for next stage.

Job Description

Disassemble tooling according to work instructions.

Clean tools with sand blaster and solvents.

Glue together new components of the cleaned tool.

Accurately document job progress.

Follow all work instructions.

Assist others in their departments occasionally.

Required Skills and Education

No formal education is required.

Experience with basic shop tools and supplies.

Prior experience with Micrometers is a plus.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

Work is performed in manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variations.

This role requires regular walking, standing, bending, and lifting of materials or equipment, and employees

must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
