What You'll Be Doing
- Manage civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to close-out
- Lead financial performance, scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate closely with clients, site superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle—ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction
- Guide, mentor, and support project team members to foster continuous improvement
- Support a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and high performance
- Travel to project sites within BC as needed
Who We're Looking For

5+ years of progressive project management experience with a mid-size or large GC
- Direct experience in water, wastewater, or bridge projects is a strong asset
- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams from the ground up
- Strong communicator who’s confident managing diverse project stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, purpose-driven environment
- Open to occasional travel across project sites in BC
