Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

Known for its values-driven culture and technical excellence, our client is growing their civil team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Burnaby office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to close-out
  • Lead financial performance, scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate closely with clients, site superintendents, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Take ownership of the full project lifecycle—ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction
  • Guide, mentor, and support project team members to foster continuous improvement
  • Support a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and high performance
  • Travel to project sites within BC as needed


Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience with a mid-size or large GC
  • Direct experience in water, wastewater, or bridge projects is a strong asset
  • Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams from the ground up
  • Strong communicator who’s confident managing diverse project stakeholders
  • Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, purpose-driven environment
  • Open to occasional travel across project sites in BC
