💰 $120,000–$160,000+ (based on experience) + Bonus + RRSP Matching + Full Benefits

 🏗️ Bridge & Transportation Infrastructure | Employee-Owned General Contractor

Twin Staffing is proud to partner with one of Canada’s most progressive, employee-owned general contractors to recruit a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for their transportation infrastructure team in Calgary.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead transportation projects with a focus on bridges that are critical to connecting communities across Alberta. If you’re someone who enjoys complex infrastructure work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to take full ownership of your projects—this is the role.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work on meaningful infrastructure projects that shape communities and economies
  • Join an employee-owned organization where performance drives long-term rewards
  • Be part of a builder known for collaboration, innovation, and strong leadership culture
  • Opportunity to step into a true leadership role with autonomy and accountability
  • Strong pipeline of transportation and bridge projects across Alberta

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a well-rounded Project Manager or emerging Senior PM who can lead projects from pre-construction through to close-out.

You’ll be responsible for delivering bridge and transportation infrastructure projects, managing all aspects of execution including financial performance, schedule, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of bridge and transportation infrastructure projects
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall project performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment
  • Drive procurement strategy, subcontractor selection, and contract management
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
  • Support preconstruction efforts including planning, constructability, and value engineering
  • Mentor Project Coordinators and junior team members to build bench strength
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of experience in a Project Management role with a general contractor
  • Strong background in transportation infrastructure, specifically bridge construction
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish—not just supporting roles
  • Experience with mid-sized infrastructure projects (not ultra-mega projects with narrow scope)
  • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and risk management
  • Confident communicator who can manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites across Alberta as required

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000+ (depending on experience level)
  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
  • Ownership: Employee share program
  • Benefits: Comprehensive employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage
  • RRSP: Matching program to support long-term financial growth
  • Career Growth: Leadership development, mentorship, and advancement opportunities

The Bigger Picture

This is more than just a Project Manager role.

It’s an opportunity to step into a position where you can lead complex infrastructure projects, build strong teams, and grow your career within an organization that’s built for the long term.

If you’re a bridge-focused PM who wants to take ownership of meaningful work—and be part of a company that values people as much as performance—this is the move.
