What You’ll Do

As a Superintendent, you’ll lead the day-to-day construction activities on-site from early works through to turnover, working closely with the PM to deliver successful outcomes.

• Own site operations — budget, quality, safety, and schedule
• Build and mentor field teams with a hands-on leadership style
• Partner with clients, consultants, and trade partners to drive project goals
• Lead subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and material deliveries
• Monitor performance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure top-tier workmanship
• Document daily progress, site conditions, and action items

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial, healthcare, or institutional construction
• Experience with leading ground-up and complex renovation projects
• Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver high-quality, profitable projects
• Strong communication and site coordination skills
• OSHA awareness and commitment to safety culture
• Comfortable with Procore (or similar construction tech)
