As Project Executive, you’ll take charge of multiple project teams, lead high-performance operations, and play a critical role in shaping the continued growth and excellence of this top-tier firm.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support multiple project teams through all phases—preconstruction to close-out
- Drive performance, profitability, safety, and quality across your portfolio
- Act as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and executive leadership
- Oversee resource planning, staffing, and execution strategy
- Mentor and develop project managers and site leaders
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational improvement and business growth
Who You Are:
- A proven Senior PM or Project Executive with experience leading large-scale commercial projects
- Adept at managing multiple teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships simultaneously
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and natural mentor to rising talent
- Comfortable in the boardroom and on the job site
- Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferably from a sophisticated contractor background, with exposure to systems, scale, and leadership
