The Opportunity
Our partner is delivering a high-impact Digital Trust initiative focused on improving how services are accessed, delivered, and experienced across Atlantic Canada.
They’re looking for a Change Manager who can lead the people side of transformation—ensuring new tools, processes, and ways of working are adopted smoothly and effectively across a diverse partner landscape.
This is a visible, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the change strategy aligned to a complex digital transformation roadmap
- Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts across teams and partners
- Drive stakeholder engagement—building alignment, trust, and participation
- Deliver clear, consistent communications that simplify complex change
- Support training and readiness activities ahead of key releases
- Track adoption, risks, and resistance, and drive proactive solutions
- Help embed changes into day-to-day operations for long-term success
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading change management in large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to translate complex change into clear, actionable messaging
- Experience driving adoption and readiness in multi-team environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, partner-driven delivery models
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar
