Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support
daily operations across procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics within
our manufacturing facility. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that materials and products flow
efficiently through the supply chain to meet production and delivery targets.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the scheduling and coordination of raw materials and components to meet
production requirements.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely
delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies; assist with stock counts and audits.
Create and maintain purchase orders, production orders, and shipping documentation
using ERP system.
Monitor order status and update internal teams on changes or delays.
Support logistics and shipping teams with transportation scheduling and documentation.
Collaborate with the quality and production teams to address any material non-
conformance or delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records and generate routine supply chain reports.
Assist with customer service as needed, including providing order status updates,
resolving delivery issues, and handling customer inquiries in coordination with the sales
or customer support teams.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or production support
(preferably in a manufacturing environment).
Familiarity with supply chain concepts and basic understanding of production processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices.
Basic understanding of lean principles or continuous improvement methods.
