Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support

daily operations across procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics within

our manufacturing facility. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that materials and products flow

efficiently through the supply chain to meet production and delivery targets.


Responsibilities:

 Assist with the scheduling and coordination of raw materials and components to meet

production requirements.

 Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely

delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.

 Track inventory levels and report discrepancies; assist with stock counts and audits.

 Create and maintain purchase orders, production orders, and shipping documentation

using ERP system.

 Monitor order status and update internal teams on changes or delays.

 Support logistics and shipping teams with transportation scheduling and documentation.

 Collaborate with the quality and production teams to address any material non-

conformance or delivery issues.

 Maintain accurate records and generate routine supply chain reports.

 Assist with customer service as needed, including providing order status updates,

resolving delivery issues, and handling customer inquiries in coordination with the sales

or customer support teams.

Qualifications:

 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or production support

(preferably in a manufacturing environment).

 Familiarity with supply chain concepts and basic understanding of production processes.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

 Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

 Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

 Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting.

 Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices.

 Basic understanding of lean principles or continuous improvement methods.
