What You’ll Do

As Superintendent, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of civil infrastructure projects in the field:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through to project completion
• Manage site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to spec
• Drive project schedules using short-interval planning and proactive coordination
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers on budgets, forecasting, and issue resolution
• Identify and remove constraints to keep work moving and crews productive
• Lead site meetings, coordinate inspections, and ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Mentor field staff and foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture on site

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or General Foreman with a general contractor
• Strong background in civil infrastructure projects, ideally water/wastewater (lift stations, treatment plants, underground utilities, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple scopes in a live construction environment
• Experience managing self-perform and subcontracted work
• Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, and construction sequencing
• Safety-first mindset with a track record of running compliant, organized job sites
• Effective communicator who can build trust with crews, PMs, and clients
• Willingness to travel to project sites across BC as required

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000/year
