The Opportunity
We are seeking a world-class Marketing Expert to lead and scale the growth engine of our exclusive subscription travel club. This is a high-impact role where you will own the entire marketing ecosystem—from high-level strategy and revenue-generating advertising programs to the granular details of the end-to-end user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Omni-Channel Leadership: Manage and optimize all existing channels, including Paid Ads (Search/Social), our Ambassador/Influencer program, and internal Social Media.

Retention & Referral: Lead the strategy for our current member referral program and email database marketing to maximize LTV and minimize churn.

Bridge Physical & Digital: Craft and execute strategies to convert customers from our retail store locations into long-term travel club members.

New Revenue Streams: Build and scale an internal advertising program, turning our member audience into a platform for partner brands to generate non-dues revenue.

Product & UX Influence: Partner with the product team to refine the end-to-end user experience, ensuring the brand promise is delivered from the first ad to the final booking.

Innovation: Constantly identify, test, and deploy new marketing channels to keep the club ahead of the curve.
