About the Role

As the Branch Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader overseeing all day-to-day operations, including:

• Store and warehouse performance
• Customer service and client retention
• Safety and facility standards
• Team leadership, coaching, and development
• Collaboration with the Service Manager and Outside Sales Rep
• Ensuring smooth communication across all departments
• Supporting sales initiatives and meeting customer demands
• Maintaining accurate reporting, inventory control, and compliance

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a management or leadership role within heavy-duty truck/trailer parts, automotive, industrial, or agricultural parts
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and build a high-performing team
• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving ability
• Experience with inventory systems, technology tools, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• A results-driven approach with a focus on building strong customer relationships
