Acumatica Consultant
INTRODUCTION
The function of the Senior ERP Application Consultant (Acumatica) position is to provide
installation, configuration, application training, support and project management to our clients.
Business process re-engineering analysis and recommendations to improve the customers
overall performance and goal achievement throughout all levels of the enterprise. In addition,
it occasionally involves some sales related activities in regards to presales client visits,
researching solutions, developing client specific demo databases, scope and proposal writing
and providing demonstrations of the software. An Senior ERP Application Consultant
(Acumatica) possesses a high degree of industry expertise and can evaluate, understand and
document client’s operational challenges, as well as develop solutions and bring additional
value.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The position of the Senior ERP Application Consultant (Acumatica) reports to the President of the company.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: A four-year degree, preferably in accounting, Business or computer
related fields, MBA preferred.
2. 5-10 years minimum experience implementing ERP solutions. Acumatica preferred
3. 30% travel requirement on average
4. A solid understanding of advanced business reporting and metrics that drive business
decisions.
5. A solid understanding of all levels and functions throughout a manufacturing or
distribution environment with a focus and expertise in a key area such as financial,
supply Chain, Manufacturing.
6. The ability to develop successful relationships with a diverse group of individuals.
7. Vision: Correctable vision.
8. Hearing: Full hearing capability including the dissemination of tones.
9. Must possess time management skills and be deadline oriented.
10. Must have the ability to work within budgetary guidelines.
11. Self-motivated problem solver and a team player.
12. Work time includes some evenings and weekends as well as overnight travel.
13. Working Conditions: Office environment and some offices in the process of being
constructed.
14. Possesses a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from
Copious’ office, Airport and client sites.
15. Ability to fly on commercial airlines when necessary.
16. Must be authorized to work in the United States
17. Must be a permanent resident of the United States and reside in the United States
18. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
20. Ability to gain respect of the C Suite
RESPONSBILITIES
1. Install and configure enterprise software applications according to client needs and
best practice established by Copious.
2. Provide application training to clients either on site or remotely.
3. Evaluate a client’s environment and identify operational inefficiencies and challenges.
4. Develop solutions, test plans and deployment plans that address the operational
issues.
5. Effectively manage C suite stakeholders throughout the implementation cycle.
21. Troubleshoot issues after installation either on-site or remotely.
22. Provide client application support either onsite or remotely.
23. Provide project management, project plans and be capable of managing client
projects to a budget.
24. Conduct demonstrations of the application throughout the sales process as required.
25. Research solutions to meet prospects needs during the sales process.
26. Develop prospect specific databases for demonstration and testing.
27. Perform upgrades to client applications.
28. Test upgrades and newer software releases internally.
29. Achieve or exceed minimum billing hours/revenue goals as defined in your comp
plan.
30. Stay ahead of new features and functionality being released for Acumatica.
31. Stay current on industry trends and technology, which may affect operations or
customer expectations.
32. Follow policies and standard operating procedures. This includes having all time
entries updated at the close of business each day.
33. Check email and voicemail throughout the day.
34. Continuously strive to exceed clients expectations on services delivered.
35. Achieve required Acumatica badges defined by the President of Client.
36. Establish realistic installation schedules that are adhered to.
37. Ensure established project budgets are maintained.
38. Be available for off-hours support as needed.
39. Be available for off-hours meetings as needed.
40. Be available by cell phone during scheduled work hours and off-hours.

41. Perform other such tasks that relate to the Senior ERP Application Consultant
(Acumatica) as assigned by the President.
42. Assist others at Client in resolving difficult or complex technical issues as
necessary.
STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE
The Senior ERP Application Consultant (Acumatica) will be performing in a satisfactory
manner when the following have occurred:
1. Projects are brought in at or under budget.
43. Projects are completed on time.
44. All installation and Consulting are completed in good working order with minimum un-
billable time.
45. Maintain excellent client relationships.
46. Maintains satisfactory relationships with peers and subordinates.
47. The client is willing to give all 5 ratings on Acumatica’s by annual CSAT
survey.
48. Complies with all company policies and procedures.
49. Achieved or exceeded the minimum billing/revenue goals.
