Journeyman Refrigeration & A/C Technician

Pay: $45–$60/hour + Vehicle + Gas Card

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Journeyman Refrigeration & A/C Technician to join a respected mechanical contractor with a busy pipeline of commercial service and installation work.

This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, solid customer service instincts, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You’ll handle service calls, maintenance, and installs across a mix of commercial properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and A/C systems in commercial settings
• Handle preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Complete new installations for HVAC and refrigeration units as needed
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
• Provide accurate documentation and work reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure work meets code and safety standards

What You Bring:

• Journeyman certification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning
• Gas “A” Ticket is a major asset
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of service calls
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
• Strong communication and reliability
