Sheet Metal Journeyman (3rd or 4th Year Apprentice)

Pay: $35/hour for 3rd Year | $42–$48/hour for 4th Year

A growing mechanical contractor specializing in commercial tenant improvements and new construction is hiring a Sheet Metal Journeyman. This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th-year apprentice who is hands-on, reliable, and experienced in working on commercial HVAC installations. What You’ll Do:
- Install, fabricate, and modify ductwork on commercial job sites
- Work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with site teams and general contractors to ensure project schedules are met
- Ensure quality and code compliance throughout installations
- Work with minimal supervision and mentor apprentices when needed
What You Bring:
- 3rd or 4th Year Sheet Metal Apprentice (Journeyman considered)
- Commercial HVAC experience — TI and new builds preferred
- Familiarity with all safety procedures and site protocols
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
